David’s areas of expertise include both residential and commercial property work, with particular emphasis on the latter where he has very substantial experience.

Over the years he has dealt with major commercial property transactions ranging from small retail high street units to shopping centres and hotel and portfolio acquisitions inbetween. He prides  himself on having a wide range of clients who include a number of high profile and high net worth individuals and organizations as well as young couples just taking their first tentative steps on the property ladder.

He is also aware of the special needs of older and retired people whether in terms of inheritance tax planning and advice, will making or powers of attorney, which are the other principal areas he deals with. He also understands the special care required to deal with probate administration at a time when bereaved family members may be feeling particularly sensitive.
